About Us

MTUG is a grassroots organization founded by and for trans, nonbinary, and intersex people in the St. Louis metropolitan area. We provide direct services, mutual aid, and community building.

Our programs are designed to meet the real needs of our community—from food and clothing to healthcare navigation and legal support. Everything we do is rooted in love, solidarity, and the belief that everyone deserves to thrive.
